Colonial Homes Apartments

I stayed at Colonial Homes for one year (2004-2005), and I was very pleased with my experience. The parking was sufficient, they have someone to do your laundry for free (though they aren't the friendliest folk), and the workout room is great. Sam and the crew are very nice, but the places are very old, so many people had problems with flooding and mildew. The view of Bobby Jones' golf course is a free bonus on the east side on the lot!
