The food is ok if you're a geriatric and can't have seasonings at all.\t\nIf you like your servers/owners to be kind and helpfull, STAY AWAY! You won't find any of that here, I promise you!\t\nWe believe in second chances and we gave them just that but they keep proving they have no clue how to run a succesful place.\t\nThe owner/manager, (older blonde-white haired lady) was so rude and down right obnoxious we were shocked and decided to leave before our dinner was over. The Fiesta Cafe in Rocky Ford, has the best Mexican food in Colorado. I live in Denver and you cannot find food like the fiestas in Denver. Barbra has the best chili rellenos that I have ever has in my life. I also love the SLOPPER that they have. It has the perfect amount of SPICE for me. HOT HOT and More HOT. There home made hot sauce is like no other!! Out of this world. I must say that I LOVE the fiesta and would Drive 150 Miles just to eat a Chorizo taco.
