Rebecca promised to file chapter 7 for my mother, worked on it for over a year, then suddenly discovered errors in her work revealing the bankruptcy could not be filed. Instead of taking responsibility for the problem and rectifying it, she blamed the problem on me and pretended she had nothing to do with it. When I finally fired her after weeks of no responses or action, she sent a horrible abusive letter full of more lies and disparaging my character and a 25% refund check, keeping $1600 for herself, though she delivered almost nothing of value. Now I am being sued for libel for writing reviews like this and talking about my experience. They want a restraining order and damages. Their complaint is riddled with lies and ignores that I'm simply telling the truth based on my experience, that she is incompetent and a terrible lawyer. I was referred to Bill by a friend. I meet with him and liked his "down to earth" attitude. I was very nervious, since I have never been in this situation before. Bill filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy for me and saved my home from foreclosure. Bill also removed the 2nd mortgage from my home. What more can I say! BILL SAVED MY HOME. Bill is not only a very competent Bankruptcy Attorney (the 3 young attorneys I interviewed weren't even close to Bill's expertise, although they were cheaper). Bill is the only attorney I've ever met where I would go out and have a beer with. He has a great sense of humor and put me at ease immediately.
