Whether you are a property owner or tenant, beware. Echo doesn't follow up on maintenance calls or e-mails. They don't give the courtesy 24-hour call when someone is going to be at the property. They don't respect if you have a non-stranger-friendly dog and just let themselves in the residence. They won't give a straight answer when asked about details of the move-out checklist.
