Caution using the website for Great Lakes Airlines. They will let you book a flight that is already canceled for a city that they will no longer be flying to and then refuse a refund if you book as non-refundable. That s correct, they will take the reservation and payment for a flight and too a city that they already know has been canceled from their service and then refuse to give anything but a voucher for a future flight. ...read more
