Highly questionable competence! Cut corners and quality in every possible way. Did not do jobs to completion and covered up what they were too lazy to do right. I have been a customer for over 13 years. The store manager, Rick is an outstanding one indeed! He is always saying hello, always asking if I need anything. He even offered me a job once, I think. One day, just after they remodeled the store, I had noticed that they discontinued one of my staple foods and favorite cereals, Ezekiel 4:9. I asked Rick about it, and do you know what he said? He didn't ask me to fill out a customer comment card like all the other employees usually do. He offered to drive over to the Stetson Hills Store and get me some of my cereal and bring it there to the Hartsel Drive Store! Wow! Now that is service! What an awesome manager! On an side note, I often shop the ads and always find that I save more money and get better value at King Soopers than at Walmart OR Safeway! Way to go, guys! Keep up the awesome job! Tyler, Jenno, Sam, what amazing employees you are, your smiles, dedication, your helpfulness makes such a big difference in many lives. These young employees seem to be career driven, very smart, knowledgeable in many aspects of their surroundings.
