In May of 2015 my wife and I had Cheyenne Mountain Property Management as our property manager and received a letter stating they were out of business. All of our security deposit and that months rent were still collected and no funds were reissued to us or our tenants. We are looking to pursue a civil suit against this company and are looking for prior customers that are needing to collect their funds as well. Please contact me at mm052015@yahoo.com as soon as possible. ...read more

I am still trying to collect my reserve money and rental income for four months. Angela Hicks never answers calls or emails. Constantly bounced checks and did not reimburse me for the NSF and late charges I was charged from my associations. Impossible to reach her and her office is always closed, so how can she be working for her owners? Hired her based on her so called high rate in collections. Instead she had a high turnover rate with an enormous amount of damages. She wasn't even around to do a walk through with tenants and us, when we sold our house because of the problems with the company and tenant damage. We lost in all 8000 dollars in back rent from 2 tenants in 3 yrs of renting. ...read more

Finding homes without losing your mind

Although I'm areal estate agentmyself, I definitely understand the frustrations that buyers experience whenlooking for a new home. Often times, an intial search involves driving around a city to figure outlocal neighborhoods and see homes without an agent present. The downside is you're unable to getinformation on homesyou're interested in, including price, square footage, and number of bedrooms. The flier boxes are usually empty and if you call the phone number on the sign in the yard, you're likely to have a lengthy phone conversation with an agent trying to win your business. All you wanted was the price! Plus, after you're done looking at the end of the day, you have a notepad filled with random notes and phone numbers but no real information or ways to remember specific homes. Thankfully, there's a company who final figured it out andRE/MAX Properties, Inc.has an exclusive contract which allows us access to this unique service. Truly, it's a service for buyers. A simple phone number which you can hear a pre-recorded message, get price and information on any home, and have an email sent immediately to your inbox full of additional pictures and information. Best of all, you won't be contacted by any agents trying to sell you. I'm so grateful to have this tool and be able to help people enjoy the process offinding a home in Colorado Springs. If you're interested, all I need is one quick phone call from you so I can give you the access number. It's just one more way I'm doing my best to help you make yourhome Colorado. -Toby ...read more
