I was at the house when they arrived and began the work. They informed me they didn't need me to stay until they were finished. I allowed them to run my credit card when I left because they were half way through the job and seemed to be doing the work we agreed upon. I discovered this was a big mistake because when I arrived home I found the job incomplete. Not only had they not trimmed the small limbs growing out of the stumps near the ground, they also left many limbs they had cut just hanging from the trees, including a large dead branch that was broken.\n\n \n\nKnowing they were closed on Sundays, I called Monday, June 24, 2013 to discuss the work that was performed and to let them know I was not satisfied with how the job turned out. ...read more
