Pride Soccer Club
By ChrisCosgrove May 03, 2017
I have been a coach with Pride for 12 years and counting. After growing up in California, and playing for the Flame Soccer Club as a kid, I have been nothing but happy working for Pride Soccer. Every year they are trying to think of how they can improve, or do things better. The Directors there are all very engaged with the kids and coaches, and we all work for the ideal to do what is right by each and every kid. We are pressed with trying to learn more as coaches every day and making sure we deliver the best experience possible for the kids we coach. I love working with Pride and after seeing how numerous clubs in Colorado handle things, I am very proud of it as well. ...read more

If He'll do that, that's all I need, just--just that. I think that's the greatest word in the--in the dialect, "God bless you." Sermon: Going Beyond The Camp Rev. W. M. Branham ...read more

If you are interested in participating in the starting of a community store, please contact Barely Escape for more info. From theBig Box Toolkit: In more than a dozen towns across the country, citizens have seized the reins of theirlocal economies by starting community-owned stores. These stores are local stock corporations, owned by residents who buy shares in the business. Shareholders meetperiodically to vote on major matters and elect a board of directors. The board, which istypically comprised of local civic and business leaders, oversees the enterprise, while a storemanager handles day-to-day operations. Most of those that have opened thus far aredowntown department stores that sell affordable clothing, shoes, and housewares, andoffer an alternative to chains like Wal-Mart and Target. But the model could be applied to many other types of retail businesses. Read more of this articleand how community-owned stores have gained success in their respective locations. ...read more
