I was absolutely shocked at how dishonest the staff is at Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Home on Airport Rd in Colorado Springs! When you lose someone you love, you hope to be treated (at least fairly) and NOT scammed while actually going through the grieving process. This review is not about money, we ended up going somewhere else. This review is about honesty and this business has NONE. From the start, they never actually delivered on what they promised... their prices changed, their policies changed...all based on what they could charge. If we asked a direct question, they avoided a direct...or honest answer. When we went to confirm our arrangements, nothing was as they said it would be to begin with...and the director couldn't even remember what he actually told us. These people have a COMPLETE LACK OF EMPATHY. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. It actually makes me sick to think about it. ...read more
