We experienced high turnover and weren't happy with the care givers for my Mom. We chose to transition to another company. They said not to discharge from their system and get initial deposit back. I have since requested deposit three times. Just got off the phone with Jerri, the owner, who said my deposit was different than what I remember paying - she then accused me of not paying my first bill in full (?WHAT??) which would have been three years ago and said I owe her $20. I don't have the time to dig through 3 years worth of records. Jerri screamed at me over the phone saying I had no integrity and there was no conversation to have and HUNG UP ON ME. My husband and I went out to Colorado for the elk hunting season/vacation and I ran into some issues with my breathing (lung Cancer) when we reach our destination. I had a large unit, but I was unable to use it on the road. Needless to say, I really didn't think it would have been that drastic of a change. The company I used in Michigan was able to contact Bennett Medical Services, they excepted my perscription via fax and was able to set me up with a portable unit to use for the three weeks we were there, Bennett's associates had contacted me to let me know when it would be ready and directions all within 2 hours. They were also able to supply me with extra tanks until I got back to Michigan. The associates were very accomodating, pleasant to work with and very informational on how to return the tanks I brought back with me..
