Adopted my cat, Opie, from HCH and it was such a pleasant experience... especially in comparrison to the shelter I got my other cat from. HCH was clean, roomy and well equiped to house the cats in their care. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and encouraged us to take a class on "play training" with our kitty. I recently adopted a wonder bassett hound, named Buttercup, from the shelter. She is a delightful, healthy pet and is now in obdience classes for her protection and encouragement to be all that she can be. She is healthy, loving, energetic and is just a delightful dog!!!
