When i tried to call in a service request after the first one didnt accomplish anything the next tech told me the technicial did poor work. i told the operator that the first technician had been out to my house twice. She told me he was going to be working on it again because hed already been paid. If the tech couldnt get it right the first time why would i want them to try again. After speaking with the operator about getting the freezer replaced i informed her that the tech had been out to my house twice and she called me a liar and hung up on me. Well atleast they record those phone calls or maybe the company would be too lazy to correct their employees. Hopefully something gets accomplished. And I think the BBB might hear about this one. ...read more

If I could give this Denver store 0 stars I would. I purchased a freezer that was broken but did not find out until I tried to use it. After finding out it was broken I scheduled for a service repair visit. The part needed to be replaced was put on order and was expected to be recieved in a few days. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing so I called them thinking they were working the situation but it turns out nothing had been done in order to get my "NEW" freezer working which had never been owned or used. The repair shop orders the part then schedules another visit which now put my total time owning a broken new freezer at 30 days. A month and a half later the feezer goes out again because of poor work conducted but i dont know that until we schedule another visit from the company which tells us that the work was done poorly and needed to be fixed by the technician who had been paid for the original maintenance. ...read more
