**Terrible Customer Service** This is a good place to look, they have some of the coolest stuff here BUT its way over priced and if anything goes wrong, your stuck. They are nice enough while taking your money, but if you have problems... out a luck. They charged me 115% of the website price, including shipping, charged me 2.5 x the website price for parts, and they took my $$ in advance. They took money for a part they said they had, when they didn't have the right part; instead of returning the money, they tried to give me random parts, broken parts they insisted worked a 'second ago' and and stuff that "should work the same". All for more than 2 times the price their sales person quoted me, just 3 weeks earlier!!! Instead of returning my money, they claim to be ordering, My device which was 3 weeks old, has been out of commission for over a week now... And what's with naming a head shop after a spiritual leader.... that about sum's it up there! ...read more

Was extremely pleased both with the service and with the tuning. Skied Friday, planned to take skis in to mu usual shop but didn't get there so decided to give CST a try. Went to the website on Sunday to schedule - they picked up Monday morning, kept me abreast of what was going on via email while they had my equipment. Upon first walking in, they were quick to get my information and get me started, but in their quickness I felt a little pushed through. \t\n\t\nI wanted two piercings, did not get enough time to ask questions and didn't even get to choose my second piece of jewelry with the first guy, as I should have. (I would have gotten to choose from the entire selection vs. only what the guy had in the back where I was getting my piercing.)\t\n\t\nThe guy actually doing my piercing was great. He took his time, was quick when it mattered and helped me select what I needed for the second piercing. UPDATE: Seems like Colorado Ski Tunes cares about the reviews they receive. I was contacted by their person in charge of internet marketing who wanted to find out if he could do anything to help with my problem. After explaining the situation, my groupon was accepted. Very happy with the actual service itself. Scheduling the service online was easy, no problems with the pickup and dropoff (just leave the board outside) and the board rides good. I would do it again. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Poor service and customer service. When I first tried to use a groupon there was a 3 week wait. Fast forward a couple months to today and the groupon is 1 day expired and they won't honor it. Clearly will never buy another service from this establishment ever again. If you are looking for unique pieces or even something you've seen in the latest fashion mag, this is the place to go. Coming from L.A., this place is comparable to the unique boutiques found on Robertson Blvd. The sales reps are always really nice, even if you are browsing. They are on top of the fashion trends and carry lots of higher end designers. They are pricey, but never more than any other retailers that carry the same brands. They have a fantastic summer sale.
