Many of the real estate professionals represented on Our Colorado Homes are independent brokers. What does that mean? An independent is a broker who does not work for a large franchise brand name-- you know, the ones you see doing all that mass market advertising on tv and other media. You may have never heard of some of the firms run by independents, but that doesn’t mean they’re not among the best in this business.
