**Terrible Customer Service** This is a good place to look, they have some of the coolest stuff here BUT its way over priced and if anything goes wrong, your stuck. They are nice enough while taking your money, but if you have problems... out a luck. They charged me 115% of the website price, including shipping, charged me 2.5 x the website price for parts, and they took my $$ in advance. They took money for a part they said they had, when they didn't have the right part; instead of returning the money, they tried to give me random parts, broken parts they insisted worked a 'second ago' and and stuff that "should work the same". All for more than 2 times the price their sales person quoted me, just 3 weeks earlier!!! Instead of returning my money, they claim to be ordering, My device which was 3 weeks old, has been out of commission for over a week now... And what's with naming a head shop after a spiritual leader.... that about sum's it up there! ...read more

decent selection but Overpriced, Most of the "big" selection is multiples of the exact item. The service is not good ,but the place is not a total dump. ...read more
