I have had two occasions to have this company at my home for appliance repairs. The first time the freezer stopped working in very hot weather and I had a melting mess on my hands. The dispatcher appreciated my pressing need and got two efficient repairmen to my house in a hurry. They did a great job and were extremely polite and professional. The second time I had a problem with the safety latch on my self cleaning oven, and the repairman was equally professional and took the time to check out the problem and do a great repair job.
