They calculated the final costs of my contacts after rebates wrong. Had I known this I would not have bought contacts. Additionally, they could not figure out what my eye insurance covered and did not. Furthermore, after my contact lens exam, I noticed I was not charged for it and mentioned it 3 times before leaving and I was assured each time my receipt was right, but when I asked for an additional receipt later for my rebate, I had been charged for it and my account was in the rears. Your mistake. Suck it up. I tried to do my due diligence and was ignored. Why do I have to pay for the mistakes?
