Owner (Charles) told the supervisor to “SUCK HIS D$#K!” Purchased over $15,000 waterfall sign. When it showed up on our site.Paint was dripping and metal was totally dented. Returned the sign back for repairs. Returned a week later with the sign to install. Installed the sign pipes were leaking. The owner of the sign company (Charles) came to the site after the install refused to fix the leak . Told us to call a plumber. The leak was part of his sign. When the owner was confronted about the repair by our supervisor the owner (Charles) told the supervisor to “SUCK HIS D$#K!”. And drove off the property stating call a plumber. This was outrageous. After a bit of research we found out these actions are common by this owner. And that the owner (Charles) is in the habit of assaulting and abusing his own employees in similar ways in the past.

Please look at the Volusia County Clerk's website before you do business with this business. The have a unique way of doing business. They sell you a sign and then file a law suite against you. I do not recommend doing business with them.
