Walls thin. Able to hear everything in neighboring apartments. Management and maintenance do not solve issues. Our fridge had a broken drawer the entire 20 months we lived there. Bathroom did not have a door. Laundry facility poorly maintained yet got more expensive while we lived there. 2 price increases during our stay as well. After moving out, mgmt spent our entire deposit ($800) and then some. Replaced carpet that was brand new when we moved in. Charged us for full cleaning after we spent three days cleaning ourselves.
