This is a low income federally subsidised apartment, but with that in mind it is a great place to live. Quiet, fairly close to stores, and with both regular and senior bus service to the front door. I recommend this these apartments for the rent price and great upkeep of the place. The apartments are averaged sized with modern appliances that have recently been upgraded. They freshly painted last year and added additional insulation. This year they added a new roof. They do a great job on keeping the place up. It is a little hard to find for it is out of town a short ways, but this makes it even better with deer walking through the grounds.
