I started working at WCV the day after the 1994 Northridge earthquake, my 1st duty was to reassemble the video after vault after the damage which took 2 weeks.Hired as a driver, I transported film & video elements to and from various locations in The San Fernando Valley,Hollywood,& LA.I met a lot of good people.Besides driving,I kept myself busy assisting co-workers,duplication,shipping/receiving,stock room inventory,etc.I liked the job! All summer long, TSV Sound&Vision has been hitting the road with Muckfest 2013, bringing a professional approach to the audio needs of this production. Proceeds from each Muckfest benefit local chapters of the National MS Society, and with thousands of people coming out each week to take on the challenging five mile course, the music has to be bumping, and the message has to be clear. So when Muckfest hired on TSV Sound & Vision to cover their pro audio equipment rental and production needs, we knew just what we wanted to do. Our pro audio gear was divided into two main systems, a small system at the starting line featuring JBL PRX615 1000W 15" powered speakers, and a larger system in the vendor/food area with 8 JBL VRX932 line array cabinets and 4 2x18" subwoofers. With DJ's pumping music all day and announcements being made to the large crowds, the system needed to be clean, loud, and dynamic. We're proud to say that the gear we selected for this event was perfect, providing impeccable coverage and clear sound.
