Don't shop at this Ralph's Deli; they are unsanitary. First off, after a long wait, this guy who wasn't wearing food gloves dished out 2 containers for me: "Brown Rice with Vegetables Salad (cold)(Part Bowl)," and "Quinoa Wheat Salad with Orange Dressing." It wasn't until I got home and tried both salads that I realized both had sand in them. You know that gritty feeling between your teeth that tells you you're eating SiO2, AKA Silicon Dioxide, AKA sand!! And on top of it all, both salads tasted terrible. Long story short: I tossed about twelve bucks worth of contaminated salad into the trash can and vowed to never ever shop at this particular deli again, period. FILTHY. BTW, I complained to the manager about the gloveless deli employee. He was very apologetic and said he would "take care of it." ...read more

Unbelievably rude staff. I've never been treated so poorly in 25 years of shopping. The "Sales Manager" on weekdays, a short, overweight, extremely unpleasant woman, seems to think extreme rudeness is acceptable behavior. No wonder the big sign by the front desk says the store's staff received a score of 64 on the six most important job duties. 64 is what -- a D-minus or an F? Very accurate rating, in my opinion. They also have a front desk young man who seems to ridicule customers, calling out jokes to his co-workers and talking in this falsetto sing-song voice while serving customers. If you complain to the "sales manager," she berates you for not realizing he has mental problems -- as if there's any way you might know that. They choose to have a young man with mental problems working the front desk? What's wrong with them? When i said, "I won't come here again," she said, "We won't miss your business." ...read more
