Became absolutely livid after going here to eat and being told we could not eat in their restaurant because we have a service animal with us. The general manager advised us that he would not allow us to stay in the restaurant as the dog was �unhygenic.� When we advised him this is a service dog he looked at it and still advised he didn't care. We even showed him ADA paperwork, an identification card and he still said the dog was not welcome. When we advised that we would be making an ADA complaint he refused to give his name, Gave my husband an attitude and dismissed us. I cannot believe that a company would lose out on a $30-$50 sale because they do not like animals. My daughter�s service dog saves her life EVERY SINGLE DAY! This dog is trained to let us know when my daughter becomes hypoglycemic and hyperglycemic. Today as we walk in, there was no one there to help us for about 5 minutes. Finally when Shift Manager Ms. Pina comes out...there was no good morning or any kind of acknowledgement to the waiting line of customers. Served us cold coffee and continue to serve us cold coffee. As we told her about the problem, she got upset and told us not her fault but the machine. Finally, served us a half way cup finally hot but the quantity of the coffee was not even 3/4 of a cup and she said that's how it is. Served us again for the 4th time....gave us COLD COFFEE again and she was upset that we are continuously complaining about cold coffee and talking back rudely to the customers. I bought a double cheeseburger that was offered on a coupon as $1 deal. What I expected was a regular size double cheeseburger as was pictured on the coupon never thinking otherwise. What I got was a single cheeseburger at half the size of the regular one with paper thin meat in between the buns. Disgusting! Suffice it to say, I returned it to them and never even asked for a refund. Doesn't that fall under false advertisement? Why offer these coupons at all if it's not for the regular choices that they usually offer to the public? ...read more
