Iccho Restaurant

1.0

By Tikimerry

We went to Iccho Restaurant in Crenshaw to celebrate the bday celebration of our relative and we brought cake for him. The manager, Tomo, was so rude because he cannot let the cake we brought to be served. He insisted that they have to wash for the dishes and cut the cake and by doing that they will charge us! We told him that we can cut the cake ourselves and use our dirty dishes just to allow us to eat the cake because this cake is his favorite and they don't serve cake anyway. Whenever we went to any restaurant and bring cake we never encounter this kind of problem. Instead, they are so happy that we chose their restaurant to celebrate the birthday. Some even bring us free cake for the celebrant. But this place does not even have compassion and care for their customers. What are a couple of plates you lend for the cake of the celebrant? Is that too much to offer? Wouldn't it be nice to at least make the whole family happy just for this day? Don't they know that providing this service will encourage more referrals? I have been to so many Japanese restaurants, but this particular one disappointed me greatly. We are definitely not coming back to this place and will tell all our friends and aquiantances to avoid coming to this restaurant at all costs. Tomo, who is the manager in charge of this place, should have had the courage to come and approach us instead of telling his staff to impart to us his rudeness. ...read more
