The head nurse Latresh has no business being a nurse her license should be removed. She doesn't care about people let alone seniors. She hides in her office and prefers to be there then helping the residence. The food promised when touring isn't provided. The director doesn't handle problems and bullies and threatens workers. I have never seen such turnover by employees because of the way they're treated by director and nurse. The employees who actually care about the residence quit because of the way they're treated . If a nurse was put in place that actually wants to be a hands on nurse and a director who actually handles problems and doesn't threaten/bully other employees this would be an alright facility. It's a shame the head staff is allowed to be in place with as many complaints and residence who have moved out in the 1st year. ...read more
