Hi,\n My name is Chantelle Robbertse and I am the founder of the Stanley Foundation Inc. We are a non-profit organization, in all cases, that helps raise money for animals who need a second chance at life whether it is food, shelter, medical bills, you name it. However, I am writing you today with extreme interest in your abandoned naval academy that you have on Grand Ave. I understand to all circumstances that you are looking to sell the property. I have looked high and low for the perfect place to begin my own no kill animal sanctuary, of course starting with simple pets and eventually expanding into all wildlife. Each time, I have knocked on many doors and while some do not open, I will never give up and each time my mind sets back on the abandoned property on Grand Ave. I know you are looking to sell, but I was hoping we could reach some sort of an agreement. I have many people who volunteer and services that help me out that can help refurbish the extravagant building. This has always been a life long dream, and I feel that I can really make a difference for animals who did not ask to be brutally beaten and neglected.
