I have been to many places with poor customer service but this has to be the worst! I get attitude when asking simple questions (like I'm stupid) and the girl has no respect, I would not recommend this shop to anyone, please take your car elsewhere if you want to be treated like a person and with respect! Overfilled CRV transmission during 120K inspection causing improper shifting and engine over-speed when heading up hill under load, a serious condition not discovered until traveling out of state. Unsure of the cause, our trip was delayed a day for dealer diagnostics. Bill, the original owner has retired and a brash and unreasonable woman has taken over - I was treated very unkindly and without concern when complaining about my inconvenience.
