They did not stand behind me in a billing dispute charged to their Visa Card. Money would be missing from my account (not much). Still they are wonderful people. They do try very hard to please most of the time. I would still be with them by virtue of convenience but they closed a local branch to which I could walk but I am a very forgiving person and can afford to feel cheated. This was my first experience with a credit union. I am actively seeking another credit union closer to home for personal savings and "checking" accounts. I hope I can find a more even tempered one.
