I have been a vegetarian forever. I bought a "vegetarian burritos" in this restaurant. It is advertised at "Vegetarian" on the menu. Only after I ate it I learned that the beans are cooked with lard (pork fat). That is NOT vegetarian. I demand that their menus change, by correctly stating that the vegetarian burrito states: "Warning, contains pork grease." Otherwise, cook 100% vegetarian beans specifically for those burritos and write that in the menu. I am deeply insulted and demand a written apology as well for this business practice. I love eating at Joes' I haven't found anything that I have not liked yet! Their staff is friendly and very accomodating. Their specials are great! They give me a free drink during the week with my lunch, and when they have Burgers, they are incredible! ...read more
