Our gas water heater broke down over this past weekend.A friend referred me to Karl Mai, and after talking and meeting with 7-8 plumbers, I found him to be the best. I've been using O'Connell Plumbing for 23 years and I have always been extremely impressed with their service and knowledge. Charmina, who does the scheduling, is a gem. Always returns my phone calls and let's me know when the service person is on his way. She also sends me reminders when it's time to use the Bio One drain cleaner which has definitely helped keep the lines free of tree roots. ...read more
