BAD CUSTIOMER SERVICE AT RETURNS- THIS COSTCO They should fire this old lady at return section this Costco got lost of compaint from my friends due to the fact that she's very slow worker and insult customers by asking customers all kinds of personal questions (what s your, friend birthday, when this item bought, where do you live) when all they want to know is simple question can they return 1 item bought at other costco location or not? The question is very simple and she took almost 1 hr to find out so I gave up for wasting my time. Don t plan on returning anything at this COSTCO if you make a purchase, it took me 1/2 to 1 hr to return 1 item they will waste your time as much as they can reconsider returning the item and try to insult you all kinds of personal question. I ve email all my friends and co-worker costco member not to go to or bother shop at COSTCO since took me 20 min. to find 1 item at costco not organize like suppermarket, bad service can't return without a receipt try to waste your time so you give up the thoughts of return anything. I ve just bought $400 worth of items which I will return them all not worth the hassel. I rate this no star since you can get better deal at Target or Walmart. ...read more

Sorry, we had to close the San Marcos store. We tried to keep it open as long as we could, but when the economy took its downturn and our customers stopped coming in (understandable) we couldn't afford to keep that branch open. Our original store in San Diego is still open and thriving.
