I stopped by this store today to get a replacement battery for my phone. I noticed a girl selling fake gold a gucci purse in the back, and wetbacks selling bootleg dvds in front of the store. The cashier had an accent stronger than rRicky Ricardo. I could not understand them. They sold me the wrong battery, after I paid for it they refused to give me the right one. I think it wont be long until someone sues this place, and they can go back to Mexico. Only wetbacks go there, they do not care about their money and will pay whatever the guy says. This is one of the worst establishments I have ever been to. They charged me $20 dolars just to re-establish service, which is way too much money, but I had no choice at the time. I immediately called metro customer servise to get my credit. the person helpng me erik hernandez was on a call the whole time. plotting to get his girkfriends phone and sell it as new. They are big crooks! I bought a bluetooth from them that quit the same day, and all they said was too bad. I signed up for 4 AT&T lines and instead I got 5. After numerous calls with AT&T, I didn't have to pay for the additional line. I thought that nightmare was done.... But no, I got a letter from a collection agency stating that I need to pay for an early termination fee (T-MOBILE). Hmm...I've been with AT&T for over 10 years! We waited for over an hour last night to try to get a resolution and walked away frustrated and patronized. It was going to cost us $90 for a replacement. The tech girl suggested that we talk to the manager as the only phone they had on hand was a downgrade. If we downgraded (there was no reduced cost) we would not be able to go back up to the model we had. We had the opportunity to wait for a true replacement to be ordered which would take a couple of days. All we were looking for was an upgrade to the model as a courtesy as the model they wanted to give us was out of date. The manager refused to upgrade us to a model they had and patronized us. Why did she make us wait for the hour if she was just going to say no and then talk down to us? Had she been polite, showed a bit of empathy, or at least offered us options, I would not be so upset with the situation. If staying with Verizon means being treated like this by their "Managers" I will be happy to take my business elsewhere. ...read more
