Everest did a great job finding a very qualified tenant for my home. I tried it on my own for two months and found no one. As soon as I asked Everest to help, he brought great people my way. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company than TIAA-Cref. Everything takes paperwork and then the company consistently mishandles it. Once they found out I had accounts at another institution, I was constantly hounded by one of their so-called "advisors" to move my money to their company. Although Frank said he wasn't paid a commission, his constant pestering with phone calls and emails left a different impression. Ultimately, I decided to move my money out of this company.
