I was browsing through the internet in search for the branch phone number because i had a quick question regarding my account and I saw this horrible review regarding this bank branch. After that i felt i had to speak up. I have been going to this branch since my high school days...(which is quite a while.. ;-) ) Anyways, i just have to say this branch does NOT have incompetent employees. In fact, the people sitting on the desks (usually either Carlo or Donna) are very knowledgeable regarding banking. In fact, i find it hard to believe that Donna wouldnt even help that person doing the international wire transfer. She always tells me that if I had any additional questions or if she could do anything to help me, just give her a call. And Carlo, he's always greeting me with a smile and asks how i'm doing whenever he sees me. Everyone here knows my name...though i wont disclose it here because its the internet..but please dont trash my bank. They are wonderful people.
