Waterstone Management needs a great deal of interpersonal skills training related to customer service as evidenced by their lack of professionalism and accountability. Rather than appropriately attending to the tenants' concerns and/or problems they dismiss them as issues that are not of any importance. For instance, an issue regarding the unsafe presence of ducks and their fecal matter in the human pool and hot tub have been brought to the management's attention, not once, not twice, but three times in the past couple of weeks, but yet they failed to take action to create a safe pool environment for the tenants. If Waterstone Apartment Management has even the slightest desire to swear by their mission of "Where getting away means coming home" and actually cared about their tenants' level of safety, comfort, satisfaction, and happiness I would highly suggest that they take into consideration their current and past tenants comments and complaints as this will provide them with insight. ...read more
