ALL CITY STICK DRIVING SCHOOL

2.0

By Gavigan Homes, Inc

Online for our teenager was just fine. Trying to set up appointments for the actual driving lessons was like pulling teeth. Multiple no shows and not returning calls or emails. Finally got 2 driving lessons done. Maurice showed up at he door, said "let's go" then took off. No come in, sit down, talk about the plans, etc. The only way we could tell where they were was by GPS. Maurice never said where they would drive, what they would work on, etc. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence. Set dates for the 2nd and 3rd lessons, no show on the second then showed up after rescheduling. No show on the 3rd lesson and never returned emails. We finally just said forget it. ...read more

These guys also operate as A AAAfordable Driving School on 33rd St. We signed up with All City but had our teenager was given online lessons from A AAAfordable, strange.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!We paid for the entire online course AND the driving lessons. Our teenager finished his online course 30 days ago and he (Maurice) hasn't done a thing since. I reached him twice by phone and he promised to send the certificate of completion the next day, never did. He said he would email practice exams, never did. He has NEVER returned a phone call, an email or even a note left on the business door.Sign on door says mainly 9-5 but they were closed every time. Driving is a big thing for teenagers and this guy hasn't shown an ounce of caring. Our teenager spent THIRTY hours on lessons then has been waiting another thirty days to take his DMV exam. FOR NOTHING. Now he'll have to repeat everything. ...read more

PARENTS READ TEENS TEXTING WHILE DRIVING

From the owner of All City Stick Driving, please read this and pass it on to all of your friends that have teens who are about to start their teens on what I consider the most important step of their teens lives. Getting their license, A teenager getting ther license is the very first step of being indepent, no more getting up to take to practice, no more picking up from school, you get the picture right. I have been a license driving instructor for over fifteen years for the state of California and have successfully instructed well over 25000 student with very good result, check out our school reviews on various websites yelp,kudzu.com,merchantcircle.com etc. and one of my main concern is the very high teenager accident rate due to texting while driving, this is a very serious matter when teens are loosing ther life so young. I have a simple solution Mom's and Dad's have your teen drive a stickshift vehicle, it's a fact that driver's of drive stickshift vehicle pay more attention to detail while driving, and texting is cut down morer than 75% from the people I interviewed on this subject, and when I ask teens that was taking lessons from All City Stick about 90% said that they would not even think about trying to text while driving compared to about 65% of teen that took automatic with me said that they would try texting while driving. My intention is only to let parents know the facts not try and scare you, a couple more fact about driving a stickshift vehicle its cost a lot less and better gas mileage, much less maintance.  I would love to hear from you post your review or visist our website www.allcitystickdrivingschool.com or call 619-302-9290 Maurice ...read more
