What a find Denise is! I am going on 63 and had not seriously worked out for over 6 years. I am a bit under weight and was getting weaker all the time, something I had promised myself I would never do. I would start one of my old routines and last for about two weeks, and gyms are just not my thing. So I found Denise and what a great trainer! She showed me I can do tonsmore than I thought I could do and I felt the difference after two weeks. I have developed neuropathy in my feet over the last few years, which is wierd since I am not diabetic and aftertwo weeks of working out I noticed a great improvement, after four weeks, I would say an 80% improvement. After downloading your free deep relaxation mp3, I use it several times a week and have been for months now. I love it! I sleep better and am much more relaxed than before. Even I have to mediate my daily caloric consumption....almost broke my left foot a week ago...and that means NO daily cardio for me until it can bear weight =/ LOL!!! So I have had to cut my caloric intake by more than half to simply maintain and not gain. Yes I'm human, too =] ...read more
