I had planned an amazing ocean view dinner for my boyfriend's birthday, and I made reservations ahead of time so we could watch the sunset, and I also brought a birthday cake when I arrived. Since we were the first customers other than another party it was like we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. The hosts could have been a little more friendly, and aware when I handed the girl a bag and said to put it in the fridge. Our view was amazing, and our server Lisa was so friendly and sweet. We ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer and it was amazing. We had vodka tonics and they were perfect! Our meals were perfect, I ordered the filet mignon and he got the mai hi mai hi. Had reservations, still had to wait 30 mins for a window seat, even though there were quite a few empty window seats. We were seated between large noisy groups. TERRIBLE server! Our dinners were served ICE COLD! My scampi was cold and the pasta was cold and clumped together. Dessert was supposed to be free for my son for his birthday - server tried to charge us for it 3 times! Server also added in a 20% tip for himself automatically! When asked to remove it he said "Oh... how did that get on there!?" Ha ha.. how many people does he rip off that way? Had we just looked at the total, we would have added an additional amount for tip!!!! Took over ONE HOUR just to get our check straight - he brought it back 3 times incorrect!
