ARE YOU A HOMEOWNER?

Are you a homeowner, currently buying your home or maybe you're fortunate enough you own your home free & clear?  Have you planned how your estate will transfer to your children or other beneficiaries?  Probate vs. Revocable Living Trust?  Do you want your beneficiaries to have to file with the Court to probate the assets you own at the time of your death through the complicated and long-lasting probate process?  I prepare all types of legal documents including documents to probate estates through the court system.  Every year the forms become more complicated and the fees associated with probate increase.  If you own property at the time of your death exceeding $100,000.00 in value, your estate must be probated through the court unless your estate is in a revocable living trust.  Quit procrastinating and make an estate plan.  Have a revocable living trust created so after your death your beneficiaries can receive your estate free and clear of the complicated and expensive probate process.  Call QUALITY DOCUMENT PREPARATION CENTER today and schedule an appointment to get your estate plan on paper and off the "worry list!"  ...read more
