I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Palo Alto Locksmith Store. And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them.\n\nI needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but Palo Alto Locksmith Store! I’d just moved into the apartment and needed my locks changed. I called Capitol Pro Locksmith Services, Inc for the job. While the technician got there on time, the locks couldn’t be installed. Turns out, I needed permission from the building owner, before I could change the locks. David was understanding, and agreed to come at a later point of time when I had all the formalities sorted out. He didn’t even charge me for the visit. Somehow my keys kept getting lost, it was the zillionth time I had to make a visit to the hardware store, but unfortunately the store was shut for the holidays. Not knowing what to do, I looked online for key makers and landed on https://www.PaloAltoLockAndKeyStore.com. The locksmith who arrived, Eric I think, was brilliant. He got keys made in no time. He enquired curiously as to why I would need so many keys and I told him, how I was generally careless with them. He recommended that I install a keyless system, where all I needed was a passcode for access. I’ve scheduled an appointment for it with Palo Alto Lock And Key Store the next week.
