John sold me a bedroom set for my kids. The day of the delivery, he informed me the bed I purchased was out of stock. I told him my main concern was bottom drawers and matching color. He sold me a more expensive bed, which he said was of much better quality. After delivering the furniture, in boxes, his driver left. We opened the boxes to find different colored pieces. I called John, he said he would take care of the problem. It's been 5 days now, he won't return phone calls, text, or email. He ripped me off. All I asked for was a matching set of furniture. I needed driveway gates that were safe and secure. Also we have a nice home in Lemon Heights so really wanted to compliment the landscape. I saw this iron shop on This Old House and was glad to learn they are here in Orange County. Just completed our project- the price was fair, the technical support for the gate system has been great and the gate design is handsome and substainial. I needed a simple gate for my home- but I wanted it to be special. The owner Jeff came right out . Frriendly and e really showed me what would work best. I like that he was low key not pushy. I ended going to their shop in Orange as I wanted to see what kind of materials I could use and not go over my budget. I did end up spending about $150.00 more then I had planned- spent on a process Zinc Mettallizing .
