I called Actors and Others in search of some help in spaying my 7 month old cat. Due to the circumstances in which our cat joined our family, I did not have nor know all of the cats history. When the lady over the phone heard of this, she began to berate and scold me for not having additional information on the cats history. After listening to her angrily go on about that for a while I finally asked if she was going to help me or continue berating me. She said she wasn't going to help me and proceeded to hang up on me. If someone from this organization ever happens to fall upon this review, I hope you take the time to get to know the people who are supposed to help you run this great service you are providing. People need to be treated with the same respect and kindness that this organization provides for animals. ...read more

I came to this vet because someone told me about it. The place it's good not perfect but good. The staff has never been mean nor the doctor. Actually I'm impress with the reviews. It's crowded it but the service it's fast somehow.\t\nEven though I have see a display of anger from another person towards the staff and the doctor. The couple wanted to sue the Clinic at the end of the verbal exchanges because his dog when for a check up and now was sick. I don't know the details of the pet. But I did saw the couple entering really mad so mad that they hit me with the entrance door, they saw me and didn't said sorry. So I think that also depends of the rest of the people who goes in. \t\nSo far I'm fine with the place. When I can affort a better place for my now pets I will do it. BAD, AWFUL, LOUSY, PATHETIC, TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, UNBELIEVABLY MISERABLE experience. . I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. Signed in 3 pets. Waited 2 hours, only THEN to be told the vet could only see 2 of them because they closed in 15 minutes. Why didn’t someone tell me that 2 hours ago? Vet said “Not my problem.” Seriously. Wouldn’t look at my cat because he wasn’t equipped for anything special, like looking at a cat’s eye. But I just need antibiotic for her eye. Vet said, “ I don’t care.” Seriously. This guy can’t even treat HUMANS with kindness or respect. No amount of savings is worth this. If you love your pets, or value your time, RUN to another vet. Would give NEGATIVE stars if they would let me. Also, the vet’s thick Asian accent makes him nearly unintelligible, and the place isn't very clean. ...read more
