They seem to forget we are human beings, not animals. They can be sooooo rude and disrespectful. If it weren't for the public needed the rides, they wouldn't be doing this job. In all fairness, there are one or two decent drivers. Extremely rude to the disabled and elderly. Drivers that speed like a bat out of hell, and nasty attitudes. And so far, only one person in the office that is professional and doesn't treat callers like they are something they stepped in. I have tried to put in polite complants, but of course nothing ever changes. Such a shame that Monrovia has fallen to such poor customer service. If I had another option, I would certainly take it.
