Ordered an item from here in late December 07 for one item. After a whole week I had not received any notice of shipping. Sent an email to them exactly one week after the order, and a day later I got an automated notice of shipping but no personal response. Item was received a few days later, and had problems. Sent them an email asking for return and/or advice, and did not receive any response at all. Ended up having to order item again from a different site - which shipped the day I ordered. Seller was slow in shipping, extremely unresponsive, and not acknowledging customer needs. Would not do business with again. ...read more
