If I could I would have rated 0 stars. These people are awful to rent from. The come across as being so nice and accomadating at first then they frequent the property daily and send complaint letters like it is going out of style. The owner would come to my home unannounced all the time "'cause they were in the neighborhood." They would complain if I had people over to BBQ outside. They questioned my guests when they would visit...asking if they lived there. The bedroom reached a 100 degrees and they refused to let me put a air-conditioner in, stating the little ceiling fan was enough. All they did was constact.y complain!
