Spent many hours coordinating, signing paperwork, securing seperate insurance policy only to have them "forget" that we rented it. We arrived at the owners home at the time listed on the contract and they knew nothing about it. Waited two hours while they scrambled to give us a dirty motorhome. To make matters worse, the motorhome was very poorly maintained and the ariconditioning in the cab went out 1/2 hour into the trip! With temperatures over 100 it was miserable. This company prepared everything for me and made the RV really clean for us it was awesome, our family really enjoyed the RV! and the prices were very reasonable. I was shocked at how nice the staff was. Everything was very professional when we showed up to pick up our RV. I especially liked that the RV was not covered with the rental companies logos. Nobody knew that I had rented the RV :) The RV ran great and the gas mileage was not worse than we had expected it to be so that was a huge plus. They said they had just put new tires on the RV too so that was very reassuring that they take good care of their RVs.
