I called your office and spoke to Brianna about the problem in a few minutes a certain Carlos Garcia called me back. Without hesitation he said that this is not their problem anymore and how sure I am that it was the same problem that was fixed by Max before.A very rude person to deal with. He told me that it will take him hours to get back to me if they will fix it or not. It will take him hours to get a hold of the owner Hugh Finkle. We are (or were depending on when this is read) tenants at a unit managed with LA Property Management Group. At best they are incompetent and at worst they are purposefully neglectful to a criminal level! After failing to deal with a plumbing problem we had (our unit was literally flooded!) our unit became infested with mold. After three weeks of them dodging our phone calls we went to their offices only to be promptly kicked out when we informed them of how poorly their customer service was. Talk about being unable to take criticism. Do not deal with these people if you can help it. ...read more

Hello, I live in manhattan apts, since then I came to this building the room has bed bugs, I speak many times with the manager, and she is a nice person but doesn't resolve nothing, she told me many times that I bring to the building the bed bugs, it is not true, she gave me a spray with cinnamon, another spray , I don't remember the name, borrow me the steamer, but is not enough, I bought an steamer very expensive but is never ends, I don't want go out of the building, plus she gets upset a lot when you mention the problem with bed bugs, I don't know what to do, I hope that the person in charge can read this post and help me..
