Golf Town

Golf Town in L.A. Korea Town is the worst golf shop in the world. The seller was a fraud. He sold me golf shoes which had big holes on the soles. He denied to exchange them and rather yelled me that he didn't have any responsibilites to exchange them. His attitudes were the most annoying and meanest to the customer and his behavior was like a gangster which could threaten my son and me. I want to let peopel know about the store "Golf Town " and its worst customer serice.!!! ...read more

Golf Town

I had bought my son's golf shoes last Monday at Golf Town and I found that on soles of the shoes there were big holes. I visited Golf Town today again to exchange the shoes, the seller said I had to pay $10 dollar more. I asked him the reason but he didn't answer the reason properly, but he complained to me rather. His mean attitudes were the most frustrating thing I had ever seen. The hols on the soles are very big and clear, so I can see through the other side through the hole. Are these shoes for proper for selling? In addition, the seller was the meanest person. I hope someday he learns good customer service. ...read more
