I?ve been here twice for dinner and once for breakfast a long time ago. The menu doesn?t look bad, it has lots of standard American type fare. I had a good black bean Soup that was creamed like a split pea. It was good. Everything looks good in general but the food is average at best. Not bad... but not ?ahhhh that sure was good!? either. I had the Halibut Fish and Chips today. The Fish seemed like it was frozen. It didn?t have a flake you would expect from a fresh floppy fish. The breading was a bread crumb style coating you would find on frozen type fish, but heck, what was I expecting? They sat a top two onion rings, with the fried chips. I give it all a ?C? grade. The previous dinner was an open faced Turkey type meal with Mashed potato, gravy and dressing. Once again it was good for what it was, but not impressive. On the weekends they are usually packed at breakfast time, maybe it?s better then dinner but I?ve afraid to try it and see. I did have breakfast here but it was many years ago. I only remember the Portuguese Sausage that had task like... the smell of fireworks. ...read more
